New words in English! I've only been listening for the Spanish words, but Rafael insists that we drive in the "car" and that he plays with a "ball". Playtime with Auntie Laura, Auntie Caitlin, and Grammy Nancy is working!
May '09 at 15 Months - sooo many signs!!! elefante (elephant), gato (cat), raton (mouse), oso (bear), libro (book), auto (car), avion (plane), helicoptero (helicopter), cepillo de dientes (toothbrush), peineta (hairbrush/comb), banarse (take a bath), tomar/beber (drink), comer (eat), mas (more), por favor (please)... and the list goes on!!!
1/19 - Said "Pez" (fish) while looking at the tropical fish nightlight in cousin Nicole's bedroom.
1/09 - Signs "Pájaro" (bird) very enthusiastically every time he sees a bird in the sky (and he's always looking...)
1/09 - Signs "León" (lion)
12/31 - Signed "Papá" for the first time!
Signs "Leche" (milk) when mommy asks if he would like some
Says "Mamamama" when he needs la mommy
Signs "Ventilador" (fan) by waving his pointer finger in the air
Says "uuzz" sometimes while signing "Luz"
